Beginning January 1, 2009, Pennsylvania’s new Right to Know Law will be in effect. The new law establishes that all records kept by government are presumed to be open to the public, with some exceptions. The Upper Dauphin Area School District, operating in full compliance with the law, has established the following procedures for requesting access to public records.
